Sales / Account Executive

SP3 Group, Inc. seeks a full-time Account Executive with entrepreneurial skills to add yet more power and bandwidth to our existing Sales and Business Development department. This person will market and sell our project and service-based Human Resources portfolio of product offerings to VP and C-level clientele. Our services span the entire life cycle from working with our clients to identify business objectives and Human Resources strategy definition, to planning, to HR infrastructure assessments, to implementation services and continued HR administration. The ideal candidate will be a true hunter and have the ability to build new accounts, as well as maintain and expand upon their own current contacts/network.

Our Management team is prepared and able to assist in sales and closing activities, including support activities as requested. We are offering the opportunity for an individual to work in an organization that is flexible and agile and will offer the ideal candidate the support they need to be successful with their leads and industry contacts. We also have excellent client references (all of our clients are 100% reference-able) and successful project stories to tell that will help this individual drive business and gain referrals.

The average sales cycle within our company is anywhere from 15-45 days. Target industries are as diverse as technology, financial, biomedical, manufacturing, legal and retail. This particular position is commission only, with no base compensation package. The commission structure has no caps and has ample opportunity for recurring revenue to be built upon. Note also that there are no geographic limitations on where our product offerings can be sold, as SP3 Group currently supports clients all over the nation.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Direct selling of professional HR consulting services including Recruiting/Staffing Services, Training and Development Services and Human Resources Consulting Services
  • Develop new business and maintain accounts developed
  • Work effectively with cross-functional staffs to develop strategic account sales plans
  • Effectively translate and link the company strategy and the customer's objectives into achievable, winning business opportunities

Ideal Candidate MUST have:

  • Prior Sales experience selling Consulting Services / Service-based offerings (preferably HR related) to VP and C-level clients for a MINIMUM of 3-5 years
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and documented experience to build business from the ground up
  • Proven ability to perform in an incentive based compensation model
  • Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills
  • Strong team orientation and a high level of energy, drive, and motivation
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with shifting priorities
  • Ability to set priorities and take responsibility for maintaining schedules on assigned projects
  • BS or BA or equivalent plus a minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales experience in selling consulting services or similar
  • Existing high-level relationships with numerous clients/industry contacts (no target area defined, as we are able to provide our services to any account nationwide)
  • Ability to work from home 75% of the time
  • Must live in or around our Austin, TX headquarters

Senior Technical Recruiter

This person will be expected to proactively recruit all levels of Professional, exempt positions across all industries. This person will develop and maintain strong relationships with senior management, hiring managers, and human resource professionals to develop a proactive approach to recruitment and retention. We desire an independent, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic interested in joining an amazing team. We have created a unique work environment that fosters, expects and rewards teamwork. Entry-level recruiters or persons with less than 5 years experience as a Recruiter need not apply. This position is open only to persons with Senior-level experience; all others will not be considered.

We require a money and success motivated candidate that will actively participate in all facets of the search process and will ideally posses the following traits:

  • 5+ years previous recruiting and sales experience a MUST
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must
  • A professional appearance, a sense of humor, and a strong desire to succeed
  • Technically savvy and well versed in technical recruiting a must
  • High energy, resourceful multi-tasker
  • Experience in standard and non-standard recruiting methods including internet mining, direct sourcing, and networking with referrals for leads
  • Ability to strategically partner with hiring authorities to clearly define position requirements as well as understand business model and objectives
  • Run a full recruiting desk including bringing in new clients, manage accounts, source/recruit for these and other accounts, close deals
  • High interpersonal impact, positive attitude
